Casa Madre opened June 26, 2024, in Tucson's historic Barrio — where old adobe walls meet new culinary ambition. Founded by Dominique and Morgan Stoller, it quickly became one of Tucson's most talked-about dining destinations.

At the heart of it all is Chef Dominique “Doma” Stoller. She trained at Tavolino’s under Massimo Tenino, served as Executive Pastry Chef at HUB Ice Cream Factory, and won the Tucson Knife Fight in 2019. Casa Madre is her most personal expression yet.
